Solution Focused Hypnotherapy Services

Many clients come to SFH for support with anxiety, low mood, stress, sleep difficulties and confidence, but it is also increasingly recognised for its benefits in IBS, chronic inflammation, persistent pain and other long‑term conditions.

Free Initial Consultation (45 mins)

 As part of making my services more accessible, I’m no longer charging for the initial consultation. I want everyone to have the opportunity to understand the process, whether it’s a good fit for them, and explore their options in a calm, low‑pressure way, especially when finances are a consideration. 


 

 What to Expect During the Initial Consultation

  • Space to talk through your goals, concerns, or questions at your own pace
  • An overview of how hypnotherapy and mind–body work can support your specific situation. 
  • An explanation of what happens in the brain when people experience certain thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, using up‑to‑date neuroscience research. Understanding the brain’s patterns and protective responses can help you make sense of your experiences, reduce fear or confusion, and feel more empowered as we work together toward change. 
  • Clarifying practical details such as session structure, frequency, and what the process looks like
  • An opportunity to get a feel for how I work and whether this feels like the right support for you.

IBS & Gut‑Directed Hypnotherapy

Gut‑directed hypnotherapy is one of the most evidence‑based psychological approaches for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

Sessions are gentle, structured and tailored to your unique symptom pattern. During sessions we will focus on:

  • Reducing the sensitivity of the gut–brain communication loop
  • Calming the nervous system to reduce flare‑ups
  • Supporting digestion through guided relaxation
  • Building confidence and reducing symptom‑related worry

You don’t need to talk in detail about symptoms or revisit difficult experiences. The work is forward‑focused, supportive and empowering.

This is a stand-alone structured session designed to support long‑term change.


Phobia Package – £180 (includes free initial consultation)
An initial consultation plus three targeted SFH sessions designed to help you overcome your phobia.
